Joseph Hubbard - Archaeology and the Bible

We are delighted to welcome David Malam of SASRA – the Soldiers’ and Aviators’ Scripture Reader Association – who will minister the word of God to us, as well as present the work of SASRA, during an extended Eleven O’Clock Church service at 11am.

Dr Roger Liebi

We are pleased to welcome Dr Roger Liebi as our speaker at Eleven O’Clock Church on Sunday 25th September. He will take us through the famous Psalm 23 (‘The Lord is my shepherd’) and show how an understanding of the culture of Israel can highlight some suprises in the text which those of us with a western background may easily miss.

Dr Liebi has studied music, languages of the Biblical world and theology. As a university teacher, he taught Archaeology of Israel and the Middle East from 2004–2011. He is active as a Bible teacher in various countries, and has authored numerous books.
